A. Promotion Period

16th July 2025 to 31st August 2025

B. How to Participate:

•  Purchase $12 net of any Ribena and/or C.C. Lemon to redeem a FREE Ribena Mini Pouch. While stocks last.

•  Each redemption must be accompanied by the original single receipt. Combining 2 or more receipts is not allowed. Duplicate, re-printed, copied receipts or submission of multiple entries with the same receipt will be disqualified. The minimum net value refers to the final price after any discount.

•  This Promotion is only valid during the Promotion Period with the purchase of Ribena and/or C.C. Lemon products as stated in (1).

•  Redemption must be conducted at the redemption counter of Participating Stores (“Participating Retailers”). Redemption is on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.

•  Premiums are strictly not transferable, assignable, exchangeable, or refundable by participants in any form or manner other than specified by the Organiser.

•  Premiums are not exchangeable for cash, either in part or in full.

•  Redemptions must be made at the same retailer store where the purchase was made. Redemption at other participating outlets is strictly prohibited if the Mini Pouch is out of stock.

•  Redemptions must be made on the same day of purchase.

C. Participating Retailers:

FairPrice, Sheng Siong and Giant stores located in Singapore. Refer to the table under Section E for selected participating stores.

D. Promotion Rules:

•  By participating, participants are deemed to have understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

•  All costs incurred in connection with participation (e.g., transportation, logistics, data) are the responsibility of the participant.

•  By participating, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data for:

  •   Entry recording

  •   Verification

  •  Communication related to the Promotion

  •   Disclosure to agencies or authorised third parties for operating, reporting, or promoting the Promotion

  •   Any additional necessary use during the Promotion

•  This promotion is not open to traders, distributors, or retailers purchasing in bulk for resale or export.

•  The Organiser has full discretion to determine participant eligibility. All decisions are final.

•   Redemptions are on a first-come, first-served, while stocks last basis. Premiums are not exchangeable.

•  The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Promotion, including the Terms and Conditions, without prior notice.

•  The Organiser is not liable for any claims, losses, or damages in connection with participation or the use of premiums.

•  Premiums are provided as-is. The Organiser is not liable for product quality or availability. Disputes should be directed to the product supplier.

•  The Organiser may disqualify participants who do not meet eligibility requirements.

•   Intellectual property used in this Promotion remains the property of its respective owners.

•  These Terms and Conditions are governed by Singapore law. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
